We are looking for a freelancer for a 1-2-month contract (part-time or full-time) to help develop two learning paths in our academy that support new user product onboarding.

β’ Prior experience producing SCORM courses and learning paths published in a learning management system (LMS). We use Articulate 360 and LearnUpon, respectively.
β’ Experience developing customer-facing onboarding content for SaaS companies
β’ Expert English writing and editing skills
β’ Proactive, curious, and able to simplify and position complex concepts into clear messaging for various technical and non-technical user personas.
β’ An assertive self-starter with a high degree of accountability
β’ Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
β’ Astute attention to detail with a creative eye
β’ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including the willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from various departments
β’ Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions as necessary
β’ Video production or graphic design skills are a plus
