Equally, I wouldn’t do this sort of program a lot of program rigor, testing/scale, and clear goals.

I think it’s great, if possible, to keep them together and then delineate, if easy, how you’ll engage with them and their participation allows them to have the same benefits of being in the singular program.

I think there’s merit to both, and am sharing a few musings/thoughts below:
• Clear marketing/storytelling of the program and its impact internally and externally
• Lack of data equity amongst programs in the same portfolio
• Outweighted resourcing to some programs vs others
• Clear paths to engage different people from a company vs. needing to keep them it more high level to appeal to the most people
• I’d have a central agreeement type so it’s standard based on how the people/person from a customer select to engage with your company

Hmm, I’d lean into the culture and/or outcomes of the program or unifying trait(s) of the sub-group of employees in the program then. Maybe something with Allstars or the like then

If a company has a name often used for its employees (e.g., at Lattice, employees were often referred to as Latticians), why do they need to have a name for them in a program that’s typically org-wide?
I don’t think I’ve ever heard of participants in an employee advocacy program be called something other than employees or what employees at the organization are referred to as internally/externally.
OR are you asking to brand a sub-group of employees within your employee advocacy program?

FYI — There are eligibility criteria for getting a 2-month free trial of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including:
• First degree connection of the person referring you for the free trial
• Not a current LinkedIn Premium user
• Haven’t used a LinkedIn Premium trial in the last 12 months

• Slack Analytics: Love the on-platform of it but there’s a native delay that you have to account for your reporting
• Common Room: The encompassing value of their reporting capabilities across platforms, including Slack
◦ Robust: Time to reply, countries, engagement, etc. that can be sliced and diced for deeper insights
• Tightknit: Early-stage and excited about its possibility for X-module reporting throughout your Slack workspace for your community program

Focus on 2-3 max goals for your program and then I’d recommend translating the goals into how your content program (set on a clear cadence) and then allow space for your bespoke asks — events in the resources channel (or a separate one), announcements, etc.
