Not at all related, @Emily Coleman but I recently interviewed with someone who I had given a lot of free advice. We had an hour long call set up. Within the first 10 minutes they were yawning and obviously clicking around on their screen. I knew it was going nowhere, but I didn't know what to say. They later rejected me (I believe it was the next day) and reposted the position. I really wish they would have just said "Hey, I'm not interested" instead of wasting my time.
PS: I'm sure I can bore people, but it usually is not within the first several minutes. π

I'd skip them. Compared to the companies actively searching to fill roles, I feel like it's a waste of time to keep pushing candidates in that direction. I'd do the same for any positions that are constantly renewed over months of time.

Yes, and they do renew the postings to keep them fresh. A lot of companies do that though.

I've seen people get hired by Samsara. My own experience is that they are VERY specific on who and when they hire. It's a culture where they told me they waited 9 months to find the 'right' person for a seemingly general customer advocacy role.
I'm connected with several team members and some of them are very talented (I don't KNOW them all, so I can't speak to that), but if I'm honest, I definitely get a sorority vibe from the recruitment process.

Under the title of the channel there are a few options - a Canvas (CMAweekly HUB), Bookmarks, Pins, and A Bookmarks LinkedIn URLs folder.
All you have to do is hover over each of these options and see the following.
