@Irwin Hipsman posted this to LinkedIn yesterday as well with an interesting comment that Forrester reduced the number of customer marketing team members in 2025. My two cents- if Forrester is going to rally behind the value of customer marketing - and the inherent need to invest in initiatives - reducing their customer marketing team seems hypocritical. 😑
