Does anyone have a visual that shows an ideal customer advocacy lifecycle journey? I want to showcase how you can create advocates early on in the customer journey who will be willing to provide quotes, leave reviews, etc. Going to start drafting something but looking for inspo!

Hello! My executive team suddenly has a keen interest in customer stories and Iā€™m putting together a presentation to talk about how they are captured, where to find them, the impact they have, and priorities for the second half of the year. What tips do you have for how to kick off a presentation like this?! I feel like thatā€™s such an important part to nail and I am drawing blanks!

Has anyone had success with C-Suite customers joining their advocacy program? Is there anything you do differently for C-Suite clients? We are finding that our executive level customers will advocate for us if the opportunity is relevant and something they want public recognition for, but that itā€™s pretty unlikely that they would ever actually go in and access a portal, claim rewards, etc.

Does anyone have an internal slide, visual or guide that explains all of the ways to engage and work with Customer Marketing/Advocacy? I essentially need to convey to my marketing org that if it involves a customer, it needs to involve me.

How do you handle colleagues not following customer request protocols and working AROUND you when fulfilling a customer speaker request? This tends to happen at my company because so many people are ā€œtouchingā€ customers in marketing efforts, and I donā€™t want my team to be a roadblock, but there needs to be a system of governance to control customer burn out. Would love any advice here.

Hi all! At my company we have a ton of customers who do speaking engagements, participate in our user groups, customer stories, webinars, etc. BUT we donā€™t have a formal ā€œadvocacy program.ā€ We just have a ton of advocates and itā€™s great! Our leadership wants to see more of a brand behind our advocates and community (think Trailblazers) and Iā€™m not sure how to introduce one without introducing a formal advocacy program. Has anyone here been able to do something similar and have examples/anything they are willing to share?
