Has anyone had success with C-Suite customers joining their advocacy program? Is there anything you do differently for C-Suite clients? We are finding that our executive level customers will advocate for us if the opportunity is relevant and something they want public recognition for, but that it’s pretty unlikely that they would ever actually go in and access a portal, claim rewards, etc.
100% that C-Suite is very unlikely to interact with a platform. For this role, it's really about the value that each person is going to get, so for the most part they don't care about completing challenges for a reward.
I wouldn't even bother inviting to them a program, rather focus on building 1:1 relationships and designing journeys for a strategic advocacy program.
@Allison Levy Gainsight does some awesome stuff here where Nick has direct relationships and small events with C-suite champions.
