I am working on putting together customizable outreach templates to existing healthcare clients for our sales team. i am probably ovethinking this but without knowing the type of work we are doing on the accounts (it varies, we do custom software dev), any best practices or how i should approach drafting this? Hi everyone, still struggling to get some momentum and quick wins for our customer marketing program. We've identified supporting events as a potential opportunity to show some momentum and are looking at creating some sort of activation with current clients and prospective ones at Cisco Live in June. WHo has experience with creating an event attached to a bigger event where the goal is to get our internal champions to bring their colleagues in other business units to meet with us?

hey everyone, anyone here in customer marketing for a b2b professional services org? i think i asked this maybe a year ago but im hoping more people that fall into that group may have joined. I find there is so much nuance around customer marketing in this world and a lot of the tactics i see in this channel don't exactly translate in this world. for example, customer awards. since we are in b2b prof services - we don't have a product to rally customers around since all of our services are custom built software solutions. would love to chat with anyone at a similar company!

Hi all - we are finishing up a white paper report on a topic that is highly relevant to our clients. As I build out our channel plan, our first step is to "launch" the paper to our existing clients before we broaden the reach to prospects and our greater target market. Has anyone done anything like this before? What tactics did you find successful in framing up the exclusivity of getting a sneak peek?

Hey all - we are seeing a real need to create a community for customers where they can learn from one another in their respective industries. The problem I'm facing is trying to figure out the best way to cultivate this community given we are in B2B professional services and our clients are mainly VPs & C-Level Execs. My first thought is hosting a monthly or bi monthly 30. minute virtual peer group where we can bring clients together in similar industries to discuss a given topic/pain point. What else could we do?

As I build out the customer marketing function at my company, I am having trouble identifying quick wins that I can leverage (while also building out long term plans). I'd love to know what type of quick "wins" you've employed that have secured trust/confidence from leadership. I think the biggest issue I am having is that I'm in B2B professional services - our company builds bespoke digital products based on company needs. So we aren't quite staff aug but we aren't consultancy - a bit of both.

Hi everyone, I missed yesterday's call on communities but wanted to know 1) if the call will be shared 2) if anyone has specific experience building out a community for professional services (vs a software or product). The common thread for our customers would be the industry they are in and they are all higher level execs. When building a community for this group, what should I keep in mind? Any frameworks you use? I'm not a member of CHIEF, but from what I can tell on the landing page - I'm thinking we'd do something similar.
