@Evan Huck I took your great idea and transformed the case study into more of a playbook, keeping it brand-neutral without mentioning Motive. Based on your experience, would this type of content typically be published on the customer page, like a case study, or instead as a blog? Also, how have you approached customer approvals in these situations, given that it’s still tied to our brand when published publicly on our website? Hope that makes sense!

Has anyone done anything creative when they receive the dreaded message from a pub sec customer that we can't publish their case study? "Unfortunately, we are not able to allow you to publish the case study as we are a public institution and it may look like an endorsement. CA has some very strict laws pertaining to this." I am going to suggest we anonymize the case study, but don't know if theres really anything else I can do without feeling like we are forcing it?

At Motive, we use Peerbound - an AI-powered customer marketing/advocacy tool. What started out as a platform to help us create customer stories within minutes, it now has evolved into so much more. We can find new advocates through sales calls, create slides in seconds from customer quotes, filter our G2 reviews to find certain quotes, and now it's integrated with slack so the whole company can ask the slackbot for certain pieces of content in seconds. Looks like there are tools available that provide a bird’s-eye view of your company’s presence on various review platforms. I'd love to see a solution that allows you to manage review campaigns for all sites from a single dashboard and read all your reviews in one centralized location

hello! has anyone included a link to write a review on TrustRadius (or any site) within a customer newsletter and had success? We have been including a link within our newsletter for a few months and it has the most engagement, but customers are not actually submitting the review after clicking the link. We even increased the gift card amount... just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar!

HEYY! thank you! that is exactly what I was wondering, if the API integration was worth it. We need to drive positive reviews to this platform desperately, as it is high in google search. Did you use the API integration in your larger campaigns? Or generate reviews through their email interface? @Alexie Glover

Hi! I am interested in learning about google keywords vs. how they influence certain review sites. Right now, I am putting a presentation together on what buyer persona looks at what site / who clicks on G2 vs. TR or other sites. We pay for TrustRadius and G2. Has anyone run a keyword search report for review sites before or done an analysis like this for all review sites? If so, who did you connect with from your company to help you with these numbers? Any examples would be very helpful. Re-strategizing our review program at the moment
