🏆 Awards program question for those that have done it: 1. For a "scaled down" awards program, could the timeline be shortened to 1-2 quarters from starting to finish - any hacks or time-saving tips? How about budget-wise? 2. Also.... do you feel that the benefit of an awards program outweigh the amount of work it takes. speaking from a customer marketing team of 1 here

Hi Janet - I'm in the same shoes with Gartner reviews and upcoming G2 reviews too. I'd recommend checking in with your G2 rep on what criterion are needed to win (i.e. how many reviews it will take to achieve the position) - as well look at # of reviews you & your competitors had in the past to achieve position. When it comes down to it - it's an educated guess and goal setting exercise.

Hi All - Anyone have a graphic or slide/presentation on soliciting to Sales team on the value of customer case studies - both sales and customer facing will work. It can be a challenge to work w our Sales / CS teams to get their customers to do case studies with us - so if you have a powerful graphically driven slide / impactful talking points plz do share?
