Does anyone have experience working with Gartner or G2 to remove reviews? Due to the review not coming from the right source - it's not a customer who left a review?

Yes, you send an email with a link to the review and why it should be removed. Then, someone reviews it and makes a decision.

Yes, as Lauren said above. But we had no success getting the reviews removed. One came from a customer who left years before and was very disgruntled and said terrible things, but they still allowed it.

Yes I did that but the request was declined.
