+ 1 to @Lauren Stefano's thoughts. @Joel Primack we are exploring a "managed account" track for our Champions program as we are finding C-suite/IT leaders aren't keen on spending all their time in Influitive "winning points", and there's an opportunity for a more high touch/white glove/ABM approach. Still early days but working with our Field & Channel, Sales & PMM enablement teams now to explore this

@Mara Schoeppner Separate "customer experience" room that had demos and the champions lounge as well. While it was quieter, I will say we were quite hidden from traffic. I'd still recommend a separate room for the filming, but keep the lounge and "Meet a champions" booth amongst the buzz 🙂 Thank you!

⭐ *Separate ask* - Has anyone leveraged G2 or TrustRadius' review station at your event where they come and set up a booth and collect testimonials on your behalf? It could be compelling with some nice incentives like $25 gift cards, but given our recent event learnings with limited reviews, and cost/ROI output I'm having some pause - would love any advice 👂 🙏

Happy almost-Friday crew! 👋 I always learn so much from you all, thank you for all the event advice leading up to this. Sharing some fun wins &amp; learnings from our Dropbox Live event in Sydney! It was a great test run before our Fall user conference! You can also check out the highlight reel with our customer Champions featured [here](https://www.linkedin.com/posts/dropbox_dropbox-live-highlights-reel-activity-7096687529935978496-qjb-?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop)! ✨ • 🤝 *Meet a Customer Champions lounge* - we had over 50% of event attendees say they spoke to a Customer Champion at the event, great way to influence prospects and now an opportunity for us to show our revenue influence • 🎤 *Testimonial booth* - was a hit, we scheduled customers in advance of the day during their briefing so they knew their schedule &amp; slot. • 📽️ *Customer Content* - The testimonial booth content ended up being crucial because the main event videographer accidentally recorded the event in slow mo - meaning there wasn't much event footage aside from our Champions content • ✅ *Review station -* This was a miss, there were too many call to actions in the lounge and folks wanted to spend their free time mingling with peers and other Champions • 🏆 *Customer Champion pins* - arrived 1 day late so we ended up going with a different colored lanyard. While the pins were cute, we think a bold colored lanyard is more noticeable in a crowd on the day • 🎁 Personalized gifts - we worked with each sales manager to find a personalized gift for each Champion that came to support us - _ie. a Champion who loves biking, we got him some biking gear, for a Champion who loves cooking, we got her an Ottelenghi set - brought our value of "Making work human" to a new level_ Open to any questions or advice as we take these learnings &amp; prepare for our bigger Fall User Conference in New York 🍎

Our customer stories &amp; content have helped with the first two priorities. We also are experimenting more with "Meet a Champion" connection points at events and via references to support the first two! We leverage Dropbox DocSend to keep track of which reps have viewed/shared our content and track back attribution

@Margo Schneider we just had our first successful execution of this at an event in Sydney last week - +1 to everyone's feedback, a few best practices: • Scheduling Customer Champions before the day itself • The video content became the highlight of the post-event reel • Headshots were an added perk • We had a "Meet a Customer Champion lounge" where prospects chatted with customers - in future would have this more amongst the main room vs separate • Would have loved an incentive as we were in a side room, folks walked by curious but we needed to draw more folks in • We tried testimonials on a laptop/iPad but there were too many CTAs • We will do this again for our Fall User Conference at a greater scale

Hi @Charlotte Weiss 👋 I'm based in Sydney leading CM globally for Dropbox 🙂 It was a long journey starting out in a regional APAC PMM role and building momentum &amp; impact. A lot of pros (best of both worlds, afternoon flow time) and some cons (ie. waking up 4:30 AM for calls most days, lots of travel). Happy to connect to share more
