Happy Monday All! :wave: We are working to re-introduce CABs to Dropbox, *do any of you have industry stats (or your own stats) on how CABs increase customer retention, upsell/cross-sell, revenue?* :thinking_face: • We had an inconsistent program pre-COVID so there wasn't enough momentum to show this with enough data over time, looking for guidance :pray:
Not CAB specific, but at CustomerX Con, a speaker shared that they found the best indicator for successful renewals at 100% — if a person from a customer account completed an act of advocacy in the last, I believe, 12 months (I could be wrong on that).
Not sure if y’all would say that CAB participation is an act of advocacy but that’s what this person has found at their current company, Bree.
