@Laurie Timms - just completed for you!

#discussions - September 30, 2024 at 12:49 PM

Hi @cecilia Wainio - we work off of custom objects in Salesforce - happy to share with you what we built and the report that our Rev Ops team built also. We have drop downs for the activity and also associate with the CSM that owns the account. Also a notes section just in case more detail is needed along with a date tracker.

#general - September 10, 2024 at 12:55 PM

Thanks @Lauren Turner - when you say in - product prompts - are you just providing a link to the channel or do you have them fill out a form? Understand where we should be promoting, but just curious in what format you are using to get them signed up!

#general - September 09, 2024 at 07:43 PM

👋! Speaking of community…how are you inviting clients to join your community? We will have some of our CSMs send over a link invitation but I would also love to know if anyone is using a form of some sort.

#welcome - July 16, 2024 at 06:14 PM

@Stephen Guerra - echo @Taylor Page’s sentiment - also from Atlanta and happy to see you here!

#discussions - June 28, 2024 at 03:13 PM

Sounds like @Joseph Do and I are running it similiarily! Definately recommend the Slack integration so if you have key stakeholders they get a notification that a request has been submitted. We take the initial request and depending on key fields they fill out it can then be duplicated on a different teams board without us having to manually move it around.

Hi! Our situation may be different from yours but we send our CSAT out quarterly and then reach out to those that were detractors in the NPS section to chat through their overall thoughts/ feelings. If you are just sending the NPS after interactions - you could possibly build out different buckets of detractors and then just interview a few that fall into those different buckets.

Hi! Posting for a role that is around CS Enablement vs Customer Marketing/ Advocacy but wanted to make sure the community was aware of it in case there is interest. This role will be considered for remote - NYC preferred. I will be part of the interviewing process so let me know if you want to talk more about the role! <https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/3901154927/>

#jobs - February 16, 2024 at 07:45 PM

@Jennifer Lyons - did you happen to see this? The Atlanta part stuck out to me 🙂

#announcements - January 16, 2024 at 05:21 PM

@Sharon Rosa-Bohrer - first - GOOD LUCK!! I would ask questions around how they are set currently for segmentation and personalization. This might help to determine if there are any gaps that you might face when it comes to sending the right lifecycle messages to the right person. I would also ask what their expectations are - this will help you understand what they are expecting from this program. I would also ask who the biggest champions are within the organization when it comes to this role. Meaning - will you have support from the Client Success team?

Works for me also!

#announcements - January 02, 2024 at 07:30 PM

Hope everyone had the most amazing holiday and were able to enjoy some time with friends/ family and lots of time to relax! Question for you all as I look to increase exposure into our advocacy program internally - what tools are you all using to ensure that your program is fully transparent and folks are able to see what you are working on? We are working on a global calendar and creating a committee of Product/ Marketing/ CS/ Events folks that will play “gatekeeper” of their own teams. I am hoping that this will help to increase transparency but wanted to see what else everyone is doing!

#open-share - December 29, 2023 at 05:10 PM

This is great @Shannon Howard! Going to utilize this for the slides I am building for our CSMs for upcoming advocacy events.

#announcements - December 26, 2023 at 09:10 PM

@Ari Hoffman - happy to jump into this conversation because we are in the financial sector and follow some pretty strict compliance protocols so its not necessarily getting the stories but having our own internal legal/ compliance team approve our client stories can be a long process.

Looks so good @Rebecca Grossman!

#announcements - November 16, 2023 at 02:52 PM

@Bree Bunzel - Just a few comments as we are knee deep in our upcoming CAB. • We hold 2 in person meetings a year - 2 virtual meetings with more of a specific theme around something we discussed in the in person meeting. • On zoom we only meet for about 60 minutes and provide pre - reads of the meeting • We started recruiting (if needed) about 3 months prior to the meeting. This allows time in case someone drops and we need to fill that seat • We have our members sign a media release - this way anything that we capture in the meeting could possible be used for video references and such • We don’t have any type of membership criteria - at least that we share with the member 🙂.

#announcements - November 07, 2023 at 09:20 PM

Great insight @Michelle Lee! I am *hoping* we can move our CSAT/NPS to a more omni channel approach where we catch you in our admin portal or via email if you aren’t a portal admin. Basically find where you are instead of guessing where you might respond to us from.

#announcements - November 06, 2023 at 10:07 PM

Hi! CSAT question(s) for you all! 1. How often are you sending? Do you send quarterly or after a specific event? 2. If sending in bulk via your ESP - what do your open rates/ click rates look like? Appreciate hearing what you all have to say!

#welcome - October 19, 2023 at 02:15 PM

đź‘‹ Hi @Kat Breeggemann - also located here in Atlanta (Roswell area). We need to all meet up!

#announcements - September 28, 2023 at 02:40 PM

We *luckily* haven’t had anyone that we have had to pull - but we have told the Reps if they feel like it might not go well to have a backup plan ready (meaning another client), and we can always let the client know that the reference call wasn’t necessary anymore.

#announcements - September 28, 2023 at 02:34 PM

Hi @Meg O'Hearn - once we have secured the client - the sales rep will have a quick 1:1 with them to discuss who will be on the call and the main topic the prospect is interested in. The Sales Rep will then let me know if they see concern or not. We also record the reference call so I have had the opp to go back and listen to get a feeling of them being the right advocate for us.

#announcements - September 26, 2023 at 03:44 PM

How do you keep your messaging personalized to either the stage the client is in, product/ service they have or even industry. Basically any personalization tips!

#announcements - September 26, 2023 at 02:53 PM

Customer journeys = Salesforce disaster…we have some old automations so having to peel those back and ask for changes…we all know how that goes with SF admins!

#announcements - August 29, 2023 at 02:41 PM

Anniversary + Milestone recognition (reached a particular standard with the product/ service)

#open-share - August 23, 2023 at 01:50 PM

Doing the same @Kevin Swecker! My Salesforce Admin did make a good point - make sure we make a lot of multi select check boxes 🙂 Would love to see what you have created and happy to share the layout that I was thinking of also.

#announcements - August 23, 2023 at 01:47 PM

@Scott Stransky - count me in too!! Would love to hear how you did this. @Michelle Cloutier - I am in the SAME boat with no budget but everyone wanting to work with our clients unaware that someone else is doing the same project or outreach 🙂.

#announcements - August 18, 2023 at 06:44 PM

UGGH, I missed it! Any recaps available ????

#announcements - August 17, 2023 at 04:22 PM

Looks like one was posted yesterday by @Nicole Thomas!

#announcements - August 10, 2023 at 08:28 PM

@Amanda Schulte - for the logo permission - we actually have a field within Salesforce that let’s us know how the logo can be used. We built a report for all advocates and that is field is an included column.

#announcements - July 20, 2023 at 06:56 PM

@Kathy Sattin - we are frequent visitors to Rehoboth Beach and absolutely love it. My husband went to the UofD - go Blue Hens!

#announcements - July 18, 2023 at 07:25 PM

They did @Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly) ! I told them what I needed - drew it out a bit and then they took it from there. Really helps when you want to pull reporting - next stop is them building out some dashboards for me 🙂 Oh and we provide our Sales reps the advocacy report also prior to them asking for a reference - they have to make up to two choices and then we help them with the next steps.

#announcements - July 18, 2023 at 06:51 PM

@Anca Cioaca - we have Salesforce and have created a section within the contact card that denotes any advocacy involvement. We also have a rule that when a deal closes and includes a reference call (details of account and the contact that performed it) it automatically applies that information to the contact card. This way when we pull an advocacy report of all advocates we can filter by an activity or date range. Happy to chat more about it - it is super basic but until we have $$ for an advocacy platform, this has been working.

#announcements - July 18, 2023 at 06:47 PM

Hi @Valeria Gomez! yes, I am using a three tier approach. With each level there is an increase in their involvement. So, they went from just doing Reference Calls and Internal Interviews to producing case studies with us, webinars/ podcasts, quotes + testimonials to our top tier where they are on a stage with our senior leaders at conferences and CAB members. We don’t incentive - we make the moves to the different levels internally. This way when a request comes in we have our advocates in different segments to choose from.

Thanks, everyone!

#announcements - May 19, 2023 at 02:10 PM

Happy Friday ! Q for you all around CABs. We currently have a very strong CAB with around 10 members - titles range from Director to VP. They are our boots on the ground - access to their data - championing our benefit. What I am looking to build next is a C-Suite CAB - here is why. Our C-suite - who LOVE and support CAB, has asked for us to level up our CAB. I think we need to level up and create a new Executive CAB to pull in our C-suite-level clients. This meeting would work a bit differently. There would be one soul meeting agenda topic, led by either our CEO or COO and possibly a board member. I would LOVE to speak to someone with both types of CABs to understand how you keep them separate and the successes/ failures you might have experienced. Thanks!!

#announcements - May 17, 2023 at 08:40 PM

Would love to join that conversation @Sarah McCoy! @Rebecca Grossman let me know if you all book something!

#announcements - May 17, 2023 at 03:58 PM

Morning! Curious to know how everyone is socializing their Advocacy sign up page. We just launched ours and are including in QBR’s + will be redirecting those that rank high on our CSAT survey. Just curious to know how else you might be promoting it!

Hello to you all! Maria Braune here from DailyPay I am currently working on planning our next CAB meeting (3rd meeting) scheduled for the 26th/27th of April so you can imagine it is nutty time right now And I would love to hear how those folks that started a community from the ground up, with no budget, sold it to the exec team!
