Senior Manager, Community Engagement to support Adobe’s Digital Experience (DX) Communities. This 6-month contract role will cover for our Head of Community during maternity leave and is focused on delivering short-term impact while advancing key programs and ensuring operational excellence. This is a Manager level role, with a team of 4 reporting into them.

Yeah we are looking at it for a community platform. From what we saw yesterday, I would say its a better Khoros but thats what we saw in the demo

Hi all, on the topic of Community Platforms, anyone using Sprinklr? Or has anyone evaluated them? We are looking at them (Adobe), got a demo today and were quite impressed however they have not come up at all in any of my conversations with other Community leaders, orgs, etc. so I am a little confused!

Thanks @Joel Primack yeah this is all what I have seen to date from folks but seeing the demo today, we were really impressed as it basically does all the things we want Khoros to do and is MUCH easier to build than Khoros.

Hi all, anyone in the Community space open to sharing their Community retention #s? I am trying to figure out what a good baseline is. We currently have about a 35% retention rate QoQ - looking at repeat users coming back to our community. Would love to compare that to others to see if this is good or not as I can not find much around industry best practice
