Hi all, on the topic of Community Platforms, anyone using Sprinklr? Or has anyone evaluated them? We are looking at them (Adobe), got a demo today and were quite impressed however they have not come up at all in any of my conversations with other Community leaders, orgs, etc. so I am a little confused!

Interesting, I've only come across clients who use it for employer advocacy. Are you thinking about Sprinklr for your customer community?

Yeah we are looking at it for a community platform. From what we saw yesterday, I would say its a better Khoros but thats what we saw in the demo
