Hello All @here - has anyone created a customer facing "Success Kit" to share out to customers to become Advocates? This will be for small biz. and mom/pop shops, that are not at an enterprise level (yet) This will be my first one, and although I have some ideas I wanted to ask the group

Hello everyone - I building out a Customer Advocacy Strategy plan for my team to focus on a small/mid size businesses, that want to grow to enterprise level. Its a little different for me, since my previous roles I've always supported and enterprise level customer. I've built a really good plan thus far, but wanted to ask for any thoughts/suggestions/ideas from the group here. Here's a list a a few keys areas i am focusing on: Step 1: Use Gainsight and CRM data to filter customers. Identify top 100 customers most likely to advocate
Step 2: Send targeted emails to the top 100 customers using a "Share Your Success" kit, including templates / incentives
Step 3: Feature advocates in social campaigns, email marketing, ABM efforts, and PR

Hello - and HNY!! has anyone worked with Showpad, and if yes, in what capacity as it relates to your typical advocacy program? I've been tasked with finding out if this sales CRM tool can support an Advocacy program....my initials thoughts are no, but wanted some feedback from others.

• Hi Tim - here's what i've done in the past. what (do you send them a gift basket? something more personal) - be careful with food allergies etc, especially for entire family
why (just because it's the holidays? because they're amazing and this season is about giving?) - I chose to sent something at the first of the year, and focusing on the partnership we've created and what we can look forward too for the new year (or more)
how (tied into the what - is there a way to make it more exciting than traditional gift giving?) - this was mostly to say thank you for being a valued member and partner with us, etc

Hi @Amanda Schulte - not sure if this will help, but I used to create campaign codes to attach to each activity ( I know, its sounds like alot) but it helped me run a report to share the different stages and advocacy activities of ALL advocates loaded into SFDC. Hi Mary and Jennifer - yes I have, but it was through a Gartner PI reviews, and they did not share the results with me (as the vendor). I was able to get tech support for the customer and it was resolved in a timely manner. End result, the customer was able to provide a PI review on our behalf.
