Hello everyone - I building out a Customer Advocacy Strategy plan for my team to focus on a small/mid size businesses, that want to grow to enterprise level. Its a little different for me, since my previous roles I've always supported and enterprise level customer. I've built a really good plan thus far, but wanted to ask for any thoughts/suggestions/ideas from the group here. Here's a list a a few keys areas i am focusing on: Step 1: Use Gainsight and CRM data to filter customers. Identify top 100 customers most likely to advocate
Step 2: Send targeted emails to the top 100 customers using a "Share Your Success" kit, including templates / incentives
Step 3: Feature advocates in social campaigns, email marketing, ABM efforts, and PR
