Hello - and HNY!! has anyone worked with Showpad, and if yes, in what capacity as it relates to your typical advocacy program? I've been tasked with finding out if this sales CRM tool can support an Advocacy program....my initials thoughts are no, but wanted some feedback from others.

If I were betting on the only way an Advocacy program would benefit from Showpad to support a Sales org, then I’d bet on the Showpad Content product offering to support asset organization and in the place salespeople work out of already.

+1 to Joel - yea it's a good sales asset management tool. it's not creating content, or doing any advocacy-specific stuff (e.g. reviews, references, etc). but it can certainly store and organize some existing customer content so reps can find it / use it

I used a few years back to direct external customers to assets as part of their onboarding process. We also used it as a repository for all customer evidence.

It can be used to help report on the useage of content featuring your advocates, but then you end up in a battle over utilization and bias to content new hires are introduced to… not a good measure of content impact.
