Hey ya'll! I am currently in the process of putting together a deck for our new advocacy program and I am having a hell of a time trying to map the advocacy journey through slides. I'd love any and all suggestions of what you might have found successful when taking your program to executive leadership -if you have examples you'd be a life saver. We're looking at doing what we can accomplish today (pretty much by myself) and then an optimum journey (which will include many more stake holders).

Does anyone use Charity Choice to gift charity donations for advocacy activities? Trying to get a better understanding of the cost and user experience.

Yeah, when you drive your reviews they show up as organic and rank higher in the system.

Not CM/Advocacy related BUT does anyone have a 1:1 meeting template that they love? I was looking through free ones online before I build one but I thought I'd see what you all are using if you don't have a software solution.

I didn't know you could send out the flexible lights on their own. That's so cool!

Automation/Innovation is the overarching theme - but we're open to all happy, healthy customers. Looking for a couple of nice items to box with a welcome note. The branding has more of a serious vibe than my last gig, and the demo is definitely different, but I am still looking to have fun with it.

Hey All! I've joined a new company (iPaaS/CIO focused) and am looking for ideas for swag items to include in an advocate welcome box. Anything your advocates rave about?

Big Orca fan here! So let me break it down: Pros: -Super responsive support and implementation -Great resources for the product in their help center -Newer to the scene, so they actually build to what their clients are suggesting (unlike colossal software - where it's hard to even get things configured how you want) -So much freedom to create the experience you want for your users - Customer Marketing, Sales, and CX. -Salesforce native, so they aren't ingesting any customer PII -Beyond references - can track campaigns -Truly create a closed loop system - can send surveys to your sales folks and advocates to get their pulse on how the reference call went. Cons - It's built and lives in Salesforce. UI limitations are just the nature of being a native Salesforce app. I'm happy to jump on a call to discuss my experience. Just give me a ping.

You have to have a certain number to be a part of their end-of-year reporting wrap-up reports. Last time I checked, it was around 100, so I always aimed for more than that.
