I love a plant for "growing together" kind of vibes. Or maybe something that would align with the theme of the product/service, such as "let's get integrated" etc. Not sure if you already have a branded advocacy program, but these are usually generic enough while still being creative.

Unrelated to the above themes, advocates have been thrilled about the following items recently:
• Pickle ball set
• Branded travel gear (suitcase, packing cubes, packable hammock)
• Something sweet or a food item that they can select themselves (candy, chocolates, teas, coffees, etc.)

Some popular welcome box ideas that you could customise for your brand:
• Comfy socks
• Stickers
• Stanley cup or other metal water bottles

Automation/Innovation is the overarching theme - but we're open to all happy, healthy customers. Looking for a couple of nice items to box with a welcome note.

The branding has more of a serious vibe than my last gig, and the demo is definitely different, but I am still looking to have fun with it.

Something like a neon light sign would be interesting. You could either have it branded or send out the flexible lights which allow people to create their own shapes and designs. It would be great for UGC and you can build on that to create a campaign showcasing the designs created across different platforms.

I didn't know you could send out the flexible lights on their own. That's so cool!
