Weāre currently implementing Champion (super excited about it!). I highly recommend looking into them. Iāve used influitive in the past but they have disappeared which is sad. ReferenceEdge is also another good tool.
But are you just looking for a rewards system or something that can track the entire program?

Hi @Jacqueline Gu! Iām at the qualtrics conference this week and one of the panels focused on customer experience and capturing customer feedback. They suggested doing a video testimonial survey. Having a set question and let the customer video themselves.
I also think doing video content at the customerās work place is always fun! Or having them create their own video clips of their day in the office.

Hi there @Taylor Bogar! What Iāve tried to do in the past is pass along the review to their CSM so that they can try to figure out the issues with the customer.
Once that is figured and hopefully the issues are handled, Iāll reach back out to the customer and ask if theyād be interested in updating their review. Iād give it time in between their issues being fixed and you reaching out so it doesnāt seem so obvious.

@Rebecca Grossman Iād put the video recording into a deck or a one pager, embedded (not linked) so they canāt send it out but can still play it for customers.

@Liza McGraw Hi there! Iāve had the same issue in the past and weāve asked to anonymize but along with that, weāve asked if we could use the original internally for sales enablement. Alongside that, weāve asked if we could pull anon quotes for demos so you donāt have to go back and ask for permission. And also ask them, how much info are they willing to share. Like maybe itās not their name or logo but a description of the company that doesnāt necessarily allude to who they are but allows readers to believe that itās an actual customer.

Hi there @Cameron Olshansky! I donāt currently run a CAB program but I have in the past - here is what I can share from my experience:
ā¢ Industry was fintech
ā¢ CAB is mostly senior executives/decision makers
ā¢ CAB typically included 15-25 folks and commitment was for a year at minimum but they can renew if wanted to
ā¢ We offered them gifts/gift cards for their time and participation for each invite, feedback session, etc.
ā¢ we would meet with them at least once a year and then the rest would be virtual. The in person meeting would be a bigger event and weād bring in team members from the company to meet the CAB members and announce new products.

Hi @Lauren Stefano! I didnāt take a design class but what I have done in the past is ask our design team to create a template slide that I could use over and over again.
The slide (specifically for customer stories) featured our branding but allowed for an image of the customer, a short description of the story, a pull quote and a section for the link to the full story.

Hi there @Tim Jahn - do you have an admin in your org that reports on customers that have churned? If so, you should ask them to send you that list every time they pull it so that you can keep your repository up to date. I would review this list on a monthly basis.
In my past roles, we would remove any content from customers that churned from our sites and repository to be safe.
