Hi @Leah Miller, we had a brilliant marketing analyst that captured a lot of data on attribution. Your website traffic depending on where they clicked on the page can also help with attribution. The gating requirements would depend on various things and is fluid. If it's a new story, we might gate it initially and then not gate it. I generally launch case studies on social and almost anyone can access it at some point without having to give us their email. We use different case studies, videos or assets to see which one performs better in different campaigns. Hope this helps. You can also DM me directly or schedule a meeting if you want to chat.

Hi @Yoselyn Rea, we offered gift cards, swag such as mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, water bottles. etc. and donations to charities as incentives for rewards. At past companies we had a list and then would print them and have a signing party and however many people could come to the office could sign them and then send it out. We used a vendor that was used for business cards and was done the beginning or first week of December to make sure it would arrive before Christmas. It’s a little late now so not sure it will get there in time depending on where the customers are. Good luck

Does anyone have a document or a list of customer marketing/advocacy metrics that you track that you can share? I track the obvious: # of case study, reviews, videos, testimonials, references, engagement in email, # of advocates, and recruitment. What are some other good metrics that you have used such as attribution (I have an ROI calculation) or calculated to get buy in from executives and to get budget? Thank you in advance.
