Does anyone have a document or a list of customer marketing/advocacy metrics that you track that you can share? I track the obvious: # of case study, reviews, videos, testimonials, references, engagement in email, # of advocates, and recruitment. What are some other good metrics that you have used such as attribution (I have an ROI calculation) or calculated to get buy in from executives and to get budget? Thank you in advance.
Things like:
Time to close (when case studies used/not used)
Close rates
Closing confidence (get sales to benchmark)
Positive response rates (cold outreach)
Assisted conversions (eg using hubspot to track when content viewed as part of funnel)
Clicks/engagement/conversion when stories are used in remarketing
Thank you @Joel Klettke for these great metrics. So for close rates is there an actual calculation that you use here and where would I get this such as SFDC? If there are actual calculations or equations can you please share them? Thank you. I'm happy to meet w/you for 15 mins if you have some time this week? Thanks again for all your support. 😄
That’s really going to depend on your sales team and how they track things; I think a good place to start is a conversation with them about their process, tech stack, etc
Thanks Joel. Information is in SFDC, but what fields or objects they have I'm not sure.
