We've done a spiff program with our CSMs. Whoever gets the most reviews from their customers in a certain time period will get a small payout. That's helped us keep a steady influx of reviews!

We have some older case studies on our website &amp; we're trying to decide whether to deprecate or keep them. If a POC that was quoted a few years ago is no longer at the company, do you still keep it on your webpage? Do you update the old case studies or deprecate them? Trying to get some best practices!

Hello! My team is looking to break out our customer story strategy into tiered buckets. Not every customer can do a long form case study, but we still want to involve customers in other storytelling opportunities. This is all new though and was curious if anyone has done this before? Do you have a process of how you sort customers? What content types fall into what tiers?

I never came across this at a previous company, but at my new company we're starting a Customer Sponsorship Request program. For example, we had a customer asking if we could become a sponsor for their child's youth soccer team. Our team would be giving funds and getting company advertisement based on our sponsorship level. Does anyone have any experience doing this in their customer advocacy role? I'm trying to create a short playbook for the purpose of these requests, but have never done this before.
