Hi there! I run our org's customer awards program & was curious about what you all think is the best way to collect award submissions? In the past, we had applicants download a template to fill out and then upload it to a form (through Asana). This year, I'd like to get rid of the template that has to be downloaded and then filled out as it's cumbersome - any ideas here?
We have a form submission on our website that runs the submissions through Marketo
We run ours through a Google Form
You could also just use a google form with similar information to the downloadable template.
Edit: I was too slow!
Thank you!! I was thinking Google Forms, but wanted to see if there were other tools. I sometimes hate the look of Google Forms.
Done this multiple ways including Google Form, but also used whatever platform was being used for call for papers when the awards were aligned with an event. These platforms often have a "module" for awards and it can be nice to have it all in one platform.
We run ours through Typeform. @Madeline Coke our is currently live right now, so if you want to see how it works, it's right here:
We use Jotform!
Amazing - thank you!!
@Daniel Palay @Amy Ng - did you have to pay for these?
typeform as a whole is like $76 a month. But that covers our entire corporate account as the application isn't the only thing we run off of the platform.
@Sandra Lowe
@Madeline Coke - Yes, I checked with our Marketing person who runs our awards and she shared the following about Jotform:
> We do pay for it. They have various levels but depending upon the size of their program, they'd likely need the Bronze level at minimum. The free version only allows up to 100 monthly submissions. There are other parameters too. Our program isn't huge but the free version didn't work for us.

Thank you @Amy Ng!!
Ours is via Typeform - it's live now:
