Karen, they will definitely get value out of it because content marketers are often also on the front lines of ensuring sales uses their content, and deal with the same challenges on meauring impact and how AI can help them accelerate their goals.

@Joel Primack I use Claude, and I tell it who I am targeting, what keywords I am looking to rank for, and any other sample content. Here are some quick guidelines though.

• Include direct answers to questions in your content
• Structure clearly: use headers, lists, and citations (even to your own internal data)
• Make your pages link-worthy and fact-rich - Perplexity favors utility over flash
• Use Q&A formats, structured summaries, and helpful visuals
• Provide real value - the AI is looking for substance over SEO hacks
• Use structured data to help AI crawlers understand your content better: FAQ, HowTo, Article, Organization, etc.
• Include short, clear summaries high on the page (intro or TL;DR)
• Cover related questions and entities - AI surfaces answers, not just keywords
• Build topical authority/dominance: don’t write one article - own the category

We are planning a webinar on this topic for December, will let you know when it's open for registration. We will esp. discuss how G2 reviews affect your AEO. But aside from that, I have been drafting & editing content in Claude with prompts to make it optimized for SEO and AEO and that has been working really well.

I suggest asking for project scope and estimating how many hours it will take you, and then giving them one solid price for it vs hourly. I suggest pricing at $100-150 per hour as you build your own estimate for the project.

I’ve been getting a lot of Fanthom meeting notes and it looks amazing. Haven’t implemented it myself though but it includes everything you noted. For video, Riverside or Goldcast (if you happen to use them for webinars. And for written case study, have to say Peerbound ;)

I used to live and do events in London, what size group is it? There are lots of gorg hotels and restaurants that have amazing rooms. I did a luncheon once at the Shangri La at the Shard and the view from the room was stunning.
