Ha, less about their marketing and content and more that it was offered up by someone at my company as an option. But they're giving me freedom to look elsewhere. I do like their AI feature - lots of customer insights and feedback boiled down easily. I heard it also can track sentiment across things like Reddit, etc, but looking at their site, I'm not sure.

Has anyone used Netigate for NPS surveys, customer feedback tracking, etc? Or have any other tool recommendations for NPS? https://www.netigate.net/ (purely in the research phase)
