The one I'm running is for B2B SaaS, and we also work directly focused on customers vs. resellers etc. We focus on only expanding pipeline. Our model doesn't benefit from adding more users to the platform at the moment - but I'd imagine it'd be challenging to focus on both initiatives! Can you recommend the one that might be more beneficial to the business at the given moment and then once that's built, focus on the next?

Does anyone have a creative customer referral program that they offer? What kind of incentives are you offering your customers? Do you ever find that your customers cannot accept gifts? We currently offer a gift card reward or an amount off of an added service/renewal, but am wondering if there's something more enticing we can offer our audience (CISOs, infosec folks).
Another question - are any of you measured on customer referral performance?

I wound up getting promoted! I've gone from Senior Manager to Director of Customer Marketing. Thanks for asking ❤️
It was very interesting timing because my boss was let go during the review cycle, so I actually had to make my case to our SLT. I was able to highlight my achievements to make it a complete no brainer for them and advocate for myself when my boss wasn't able to. Really proud of myself and thankful to all of the support here!

Hi everyone! I'm presenting our CAB program recommendations to my LT next week and am hoping to share how other orgs are running their programs to give them a sense of the landscape.
If you run a CAB at your org and you have a moment, would you mind threading or DMing me with answers to a handful of questions? Hoping it'll only take you a minute or two!
• Your industry/vertical/who are your customers?
• Is your CAB mostly executives/senior LT or a mixture of levels?
• How many CAB members do you have? Do they have a commitment timeframe? 2 years, 1 year, etc?
• Do you offer them stock options or some sort of tangible offering for participating? If so, what?
• How many times do you meet per year? Are they mostly virtual or in-person? A mixture?
