@Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly) way too long. I was working on three video, full production case studies that took 6 months. but most of the time they take 2-3 months from start to finish.

Been going back and forth with the Jigsaw rep because according to their records we have a past due invoice. After two weeks they _finally_ sent me the invoice. It's for a completely different customer but the file name was saved as "Checkr Invoice Outstanding" (so the file name is associated with my company). If anyone is hearing from Jigsaw that you have an outstanding invoice, just make sure they have their records straight!

Maura, I'm curious as we are/were planning on implementing this integration soon as well and using the reference tool. Have you run into any issues getting this set up due to the acquisition?
