I know we all run a lot of surveys among our customers, but I'm wondering if anyone has done any internal surveys with Sales and/or Marketing teams to find out what advocacy needs they have, what's been helpful or what could be helpful, etc?

hello! Curious if anyone has conducted any exercises to estimate the revenue value of specific types of advocacy content, like case studies? I know Influitive had this at one point but I don’t think I saved any of those old docs.
We’re attempting to make a case to our finance teams to get discounts for customers who agree to do advocacy activities, upon renewal or new business.

@Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly) way too long. I was working on three video, full production case studies that took 6 months. but most of the time they take 2-3 months from start to finish.

Been going back and forth with the Jigsaw rep because according to their records we have a past due invoice. After two weeks they finally sent me the invoice. It's for a completely different customer but the file name was saved as "Checkr Invoice Outstanding" (so the file name is associated with my company).

If anyone is hearing from Jigsaw that you have an outstanding invoice, just make sure they have their records straight!

Maura, I'm curious as we are/were planning on implementing this integration soon as well and using the reference tool. Have you run into any issues getting this set up due to the acquisition?
