Gemini is one of the approved data processors for us so got the go-ahead from our legal/infosec teams to do this

Then I give it a prompt based on what I'm looking for - I ask it to provide me the best x number of matches. I try and help prioritize what is most important for the rep whether it be size, or industry, or skus

I uploaded a few different datasets to Gemini - essentially our list of referenceable customers with a whole host of data:
• Size
• Segment
• Industry
• Product counts across our SKUs
• Integrations they have
I gave it the prompt essentially that "you're the reference expert at our company, please query this data to help me find the best references"

It can be a little clunky because sometimes the reference requests can get specific...especially if it's about the actual reference's company because Gemini seems to have a hard time also crawling website data in conjunction with the data I've provided

@Andru Creighton will definitely take you up on that. Saw your LI request! I'll reach out shortly!

Awesome, thank you all for the responses @Sarah McCoy @Alexie Glover @Mary Green (Owner CMAweekly)!

One of our major directives is to incorporate AI into all of our processes and I was building a reference gem in Gemini to help find customers since RefSearch can't show you account details which is frustrating. Appreciate all the recs!

Hey everyone - We're currently using ReferenceEdge to manage our customer reference process but not super happy with it. There's a lot of admin overhead for both me as the program manager and for our operations team. In addition to AgentForce and Champion are there any other products we should be looking at?

They have a lot and it’s a great role! I was in final rounds and accepted another offer as they asked for references. Happy to connect to share more background if this is a role you’re interested in

Hey all, I’m fortunate I got good news last week and accepted an offer! I start next Monday. It’s been relatively quiet in this channel so hoping that means that all of you are seeing success. Happy to connect on LinkedIn…if I can help intro you to anyone please let me know!

I'm not from Rippling but I used to work in HR tech! What worked to drive volume for me was doing in product messaging through Pendo to drive reviews. We would retarget based on prior responses to other Pendo guides. That and offering an incentive through G2. I was able to move us from #31 to #1 in just 5 months

True - I had an opp where I was deep in interviewing and they closed the position due to poor financials 😕

Thank you @Marissa Bird!!

#jobs - February 08, 2024 at 10:36 PM

I’d love to chat with them Marissa! I think the job posting closed right before I began looking. I'll send you a DM

Will do!

#job-seekers - January 11, 2024 at 01:15 AM

Haha yeah it does. Let me know what you hear back @Stephanie Murphy. I've been hesitant to reply back to the recruiter with my resume

#job-seekers - January 11, 2024 at 12:52 AM

That's a really smart approach - thank you @Amy Ng

Has anyone figured out a solid strategy for following up on job applications submitted through an online portal and you don't have a personal connection? The kind where you get a confirmation email along the lines of "if it's a fit, we'll reach out." Curious to hear if anyone's figured out something that isn't too pushy but gets the attention of the talent acquisition team. Thanks!

#job-seekers - January 10, 2024 at 11:27 PM

@Stephanie Murphy Is this similar to what you received?

#job-seekers - January 10, 2024 at 11:25 PM

It's listed as an 8 month contract role. I can screenshot the email

Ah this is interesting! A former colleague invited me to this group so I could consult others on the same thing - a customer marketing manager position at Dropbox. But the recruiting firm I was contacted by was called Amiseq. It all felt so weird. I would guess this is a fake position.
