Has anyone figured out a solid strategy for following up on job applications submitted through an online portal and you don't have a personal connection? The kind where you get a confirmation email along the lines of "if it's a fit, we'll reach out." Curious to hear if anyone's figured out something that isn't too pushy but gets the attention of the talent acquisition team. Thanks!
One of my sales colleagues shared this prospecting tip that has been working well for him in job hunting too. Instead of doing your standard LinkedIn message to the Hiring Manager, he's been sending short 20 sec video messages to say hello and ask for a follow-up.
