We did an AI photobooth at a recent event. I dont recall the name of the company or the price, but it def drove a lot of traffic. Headshots are always desired.

At Gong, we've done both physical awards and digital (times square billboards that we used for social announcements). I love the trophies that G2 gave out this year. I think they're acrylic but looked super classy and chic.

100% that C-Suite is very unlikely to interact with a platform. For this role, it's really about the value that each person is going to get, so for the most part they don't care about completing challenges for a reward. I wouldn't even bother inviting to them a program, rather focus on building 1:1 relationships and designing journeys for a strategic advocacy program.

A long time ago I had seen a really neat example of how maybe Pendo/WalkMe used in app notifications to amplify customer stories or show how their customers use specific features. Has anyone seen this before or done this? The scenario that I am thinking of is a new feature is rolled out and the in app notification could have text about how XYZ customer uses this to save time or some compelling impact result.

Agreed with Rebecca in asking your leadership about the goals of a branded program. Is it just for show? If you're really not into the idea of a formal program then I might aggregate your data to show the impact of the program as it stands today, without the formal guidelines and branding.
