Thank you <@U08GYKJ6X9D>! Would you be open to sharing your templates? I have a general template for a case study and success story video. I think what is missing is the reasons why they should participate but don't want it to come off as "salesy" or disingenuine. Curious how you position advocacy

Happy Monday everyone! Has anyone successfully incentivized CSMs/AEs/customer facing teams to gather more case studies, customer advocates, be on the CAB, possible speakers? I meet with every CSM each month (all of whom are helpful) to help determine accounts that would be open to customer advocacy but would love it if I could get these suggestions in a more proactive way. Thank you!

Good morning! I am wondering if anyone who runs a Customer Advisory Board has figured out a way to make it more engaging.

The meetings are over Zoom for about 2 hours with the exception of the one at our user conference in October.

I inherited this program and there are some members who are at a different level and so we've tried to make it more broad in regard to topic discussed and when presenting our product roadmap.

Any insight/feedback is welcomed!

Does anyone have experience running an executive sponsor program? If so, what type of tooling have y'all been using to make it more programmatic and easier for executives to participate? Thank you!
