Hi everyone! I’m [Allison Caldrone](https://www.linkedin.com/in/allison-caldrone/) 💅 I’m so excited to have found this community. I also found this slack and the friday zoom meetings from @Leslie Barrett and her LinkedIn post. I feel like we all need a community like this, and I’m happy she had all of you in her time of need I’m working for [ShareFile](https://www.sharefile.com/) - we are kinda like Dropbox (but way better and more secure). I’ve been at this company for 11 years and have recently (in the last 1.5 years) taken over the entire customer/adoption marketing team. We are really small - only 3 employees (including me) - but our goals are big. We are here to do all customer comms, onboarding and retention. Our goals are around driving adoption, retention, and customer loyalty. I’d love to learn from this community and grow in my career. Since I’m new to this role and we’ve recently split the business into business units, this whole team and function is pretty new. I’m making up quarterly goals and metrics and sometimes feel like I’m just faking it 😐
