Hi there! I’ve been here for a little while but am just getting around to introducing myself. 👋

🌎 Location: Metro Detroit, Michigan
⭐ Work: Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager at Zapier
💼 Currently working on: I joined Zapier in July 2022 to build their Customer Advocacy program, with the initial focus on streamlining a customer story process, creating a solid rolodex of advocates and library of content, and increasing the social proof in our marketing. Now that we’ve achieved that, I’m focusing on creating some CA-owned initiatives like roundtables with our CEO and a customer award program. Really excited about this!
