I’ve been here for a little while but am just getting around to introducing myself. :wave: :earth_americas: *Location:* Metro Detroit, Michigan :star: *Work:* Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager at <https://zapier.com/|Zapier> :briefcase: *Currently working on:* I joined Zapier in July 2022 to build their Customer Advocacy program, with the initial focus on streamlining a customer story process, creating a solid rolodex of advocates and library of content, and increasing the social proof in our marketing. Now that we’ve achieved that, I’m focusing on creating some CA-owned initiatives like roundtables with our CEO and a customer award program.
