I received this a recruiter at WorkTango - I’m not looking but they are hiring for a Sr Customer Marketing Manager ($135-175k range). Hi Elizabeth! We're on the hunt for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager who can help us take our marketing game to the next level. In this role, you'll be the brains behind our customer marketing initiatives, working closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to keep our customers happy and engaged. You'll get to flex your marketing muscles and come up with creative campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. We're looking for someone who knows their B2B marketing stuff, has a knack for project management and communication, and can't wait to join our team. You'll be responsible for building relationships with our customers and making sure they're getting the best possible experience with WorkTango. If you're interested in learning more I would love to set aside some time for us to connect over zoom! I'm looking forward to hearing back from you! Seconding Laurent’s and Tim’s suggestion to get get Sales and CSMs involved! I’ve also had a lot of success from getting our exec teams to reach out directly to our VIP customers to send a personal invite. We’ve positioned this as a “Exclusive dinner/happy hour” event with the CEO/Head of CS/whoever is most appropriate, and get the exec to reach out from their email. We usually got answers from this with a definite yes/no.

I was just given ownership of our onboarding, renewal and post-renewal nurtures but I don’t have much experience or knowledge of best practices. I’d love to chat with some experts, join a call, listen to podcasts etc that could provide some insight. If anyone has suggestions I am open!
