I was just given ownership of our onboarding, renewal and post-renewal nurtures but I don’t have much experience or knowledge of best practices. I’d love to chat with some experts, join a call, listen to podcasts etc that could provide some insight. If anyone has suggestions I am open!

There’s a #lifecycle channel where I think we’ll be talking about this! And I’m happy to chat about lifecycle comms (I’ve owned this at a few companies and am spinning some new programs up around this now)
