Hi Everyone! Does anyone manage referrals at their company? Ex would be “refer a friend get $50” campaigns. 1. What tool do you use for this? 2. Do you manage this under customer advocacy or does it fall under customer lifecycle? At my org it’s two separate teams but I know it’s one team at other companies. Thanks!
