Hi Everyone! Does anyone manage referrals at their company? Ex would be “refer a friend get $50” campaigns.

  1. What tool do you use for this?
  2. Do you manage this under customer advocacy or does it fall under customer lifecycle? At my org it’s two separate teams but I know it’s one team at other companies. Thanks!

  1. Check out Saasquatch (acquired by Impact.com)
  2. I don't know that either team "has to" own it. I do think it makes sense to fall under advocacy, with close partnership to lifecycle, because referring someone is an act of advocacy that they're rewarded for.

Saasquatch is the tool we are using but it’s super expensive

Right now, we're using a pretty simple form in a survey tool (Alchemer). At some point, I'd like to move that to a Salesforce lead form so it can be properly routed, but it's a project that's on the backburner.
