Great Timing with this new channel. Does anyone know of other communities that focus on lifecycle marketing? I recently switched from Customer Education back to the Marketing Team and lifecycle fits my role pretty well, so I’m trying to soak in as much as I can. We’re currently refreshing the trial sign-up page, do you have examples from companies that nail it?

At the beginning of this year I rejoined our marketing team (for the last two years I was responsible for customer education) and now I’m tasked with doing some customer success stories. There is no real process or template from previous ones and I’m pretty free to come up with anything. Do you have any tips or things I should be aware of not to do? To keep work on my side to a minimum (#domorewithless 😉 )I was thinking of sending a couple of questions via email instead of real interviews.

I also respond to all negative reviews, but it does feel pretty repetitive. Most of them come down to some form of “Sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with our service. Did you contact support about your issues?”
