Hey everyone. I'm working with our CS and clinical team for our annual customer event. We're brainstorming on a few things: A feedback corner (we're thinking an interactive type of area where customers can submit product feedback or contribute to a wish list) as well as an interactive type of booth or area where customers can share their stories with our product, or AI technology in general. Has anyone done something related to these two things and had success? Even technically, how did you do it? Thanks! #question

Hi all, curious what best practices you can share or success you have had in capturing customer stories - opening lines of communication with the sales and primarily CS teams for finding eligible customer champions for webinars, testimonials, case studies, etc. Our CS team has scaled rapidly and lots of new faces - so trying to think of the best ways to open this line of communication!

Hi CMA friends! This is kind of a random request but I thought I’d throw it out there. Has anyone ever created a “Rules of engagement” document for your organization? Essentially laying out how you work cross-functionally wrt to customers? Specifically for customer marketing but we will look to extend for our KOL program.

We are thinking to implement something for our customers, or perhaps the comms manager at the hospitals we work with, once they go live with our solutions. Something more as part of the “welcome” kit.
