@Amy and @Joel Primack, I love the "VIP briefing" idea and also capturing it on video. The new product is actually from an acquisition, and we do have a couple of mutual customers, so there is a case study opportunity. However, we all know how long that process may take, so this is a great idea for a "quick win." Thank you 🙂 . @Irwin Hipsman, we are starting pretty small with a subset of our customers trying to cross-sell this new product. Later in the year, we will expand to a larger group of customers and prospects.

Hi, @Valeria Gomez - our company paid for the landing page & gift cards with G2. We then drove customer reviews through CSAT follow-up, NPS follow-up, Coach promotion, and quarterly healthy customer asks. Paying for the gift cards indirectly led to us getting ranked higher, and ultimately, we beat our competitor in one of the categories we were trying to gain traction in which was worth it 🙂
