we have smart trackers for everything that really help me when it comes to audiences -
• happy customers (using trained AI)
• different upsell product mentions
• user conference mentions
also their ask AI features is VERY helpful. for example if I know an account is a good match for a reference but I don't know their contacts yet, you can ask who would be the best match. this gives me someone to target when I reach out to their CSM. you can also ask their AI questions about what challenges they're solving or topics they could present about etc

you could also look at like famous pop culture things that happened when you become #1 so like .. leader in the space since ... JLo and Ben's first marriage or since Tom Brady 'retired' the first time .. something pop culture and then use a gif of that with your badges

I've done this at a previous company. Yes with a fee - it was a full day. I can't remember how much we charged .. but enough to know that they wouldn't cancel and we'd be stuck with the $$$ hotel fees

We actually have seen a lot of success with two things for cross sell/upsell -
1. In app messaging based on key behaviors
2. Group reference events for existing customers who used our product solo and then added on other products later.
Happy to chat if you want! But those aren't exactly storytelling so might not be what you're looking for.

we made our terms 18 months because we felt like 1 year was too short and 2 was too long - communicated start and end dates from the jump too which i think helps

if its prospect facing then id say go with the beta/ea route so there is an existing relationship -- PM talks about why they've built this new feature and then customer shares how they're using it

so we had PMs focused on our customer day or customer track -- they show detailed overviews of things announced earlier in the day on product roadmap. have also used PM to host sessions with customers who were part of EA/Beta for recently announced features. the biggest thing though is that these were customer sessions .. have found the PMs are very smart and detail orented which is better suited for people already using the tool

We use BlueSky for all of our swag. They are based in the US but have used them to ship globally (aus, emea and Japan). They can create a store for you (which we have used for customers previously) but they're mainly a swag company. I've used them at 3 companies and they are super reliable, good prices, good quality. Also SUPER responsive. I absolutely love working with them. Happy to do an intro of you want!
