hey <@U08F66RT0UD> I wouldn't focus on the tools themselves .. I would think about what are people doing with the tools. they're only as good as what you're trying to achieve tbh there are some really good courses that are free that can help you -- I'd focus more on what do you need help doing? what is harder than it needs to be? what do you hate doing? what are you not good at? GPT alone can get you 80% of the way there on things that will make your life better.

@Grace Corey team of one over here too and love these ideas! would love to talk about the custom chat bot you built! we have two GPT accounts, one is a walled garden and one more connected so no customer data, i'm using them a lot and have built assistants for my writing/basic tasks but haven't explored a bot yet - did you build from a templated one or on your own?

I use Gong AI if we have a target company for a refernce and ask them abotu the topics the prospect wants to speak about and who is the best person from the group based on history etc

not sure when your CAB is or if you will have time for this but before my last CAB we created pre-CAB connections. we paired similar members with similar use cases or personas, introduced them via email and asked them to schedule 30 min to discuss a specific topic ahead of the CAB session. during the CAB session then each of the pairs did a 2-3 min overview of their discussion which then led to questions from their peers and more organic conversation so thats one idea.

- yes will share 2. where are you thinking of using this? something we've seen working well is giving info in app or via email and then having them click a button (that is tracked) that says I'm Interested and then that click is the flow instead of them going to a page and giving info that we already have from them. (not sure if that makes sense out loud lol) but essentially if we have an email telling them all about the paid feature then we say something like If you'd like a member of the team to give you more information about this feature, click the I'm Interested button below and your dedicated team member will reach out' and when they click the link it goes to a thank you page
