If they've joined on stage and I know they are looking to further develop as a speaker, I've written them a personal speaker testimonial and shared professional stage photos that they can use for their speaking portfolio. I've found it to be very well received. (I should mention that I was the event organizer in this case so the testimonial made sense)

I've worked with videographer _Oguz Uygur (<http://oguzuygur.com>_) in Seattle several times to capture live event b-roll, roaming testimonial and stationary testimonial interviews at our customer conference and been happy with the results / his day rate is also quite affordable. Not sure if he fits what you're looking for but happy to pass info along if you want to explore

Not necessarily the best fit for this channel but seeing as it's related to jobs, thought I would post here as a place to start -- Is anyone on the job hunt using Teal or similar resume AI tooling? There seem to be a number of these Ai Resume builders that have cropped up as of late and curious if any of them are worth the $ and if anyone has had good results leveraging one (or more) or them. We do a branded staff t-shirt in a different color each day of the conference (in our company colors: blue on day 1, black on day 2, etc.) with whatever pants they want (usually jeans). We leave up to staff to decide if they want to wear a jacket/blazer/hoodie/sweater. We also have a lanyard that is different for staff to make them easier to identify. Our conference is a wear whatever is comfortable environment so we try to make it comfortable for our team too.

I've used [Kotis Design](https://go.kotisdesign.com/) out of Seattle for years (across 3 companies) and similar to Blue Sky, Kotis does sourcing, printing, warehousing and fulfilment including customer rewards program with redemption links and different "stores" for different tiers as well as kitting and custom boxes. They have a really good sourcing team but also have a line of in-house made merchandise like windbreakers, hats, stuff for your pup, etc. Happy to make any intros if there is interest.
