You’ve probably seen the news - Salesforce is cutting 4000 customer service/support roles. Do we think any of these people might trickle in to the CM, Community, and Advocacy world?

I’ve found value from all the summits I’ve attended over the last two years - CMA, CMX, CustomerX, and others. What I think drives the most value are discussion tables, workshops, happy hours, vendor dinners. I would say that the CMA summit in Boston last week had the best presentations so far. I’m trying to incorporate more content creation in my role, I plan to go to FinCon this year and VidCon & TravelCon next year. I’ve also enjoyed Podfest and TC Disrupt.
