We’ve got an approach for requesting G2 reviews that is customized/personalized based on what a customer has said in recent calls - not sure this is possible through Gainsight, but happy to share more and templates!

Hey @Amy! I wouldn’t say we have a large or scalable program (we’re still a super small team with no dedicated CSMs), but I’ve done a bunch here using Zapier to automate post-signature steps + customize onboarding/success nurtures via slack communications by pulling call transcripts from gong into automations using AI to extract their use cases and goals, and setting up reminder messages and resources from there. Happy to share more directly or chat if useful!

Also if they’re customer webinars, you can upload them and do this in Laudable - really any customer related video, you can find top quotes and auto-generate content without full on prompting in Laudable.

The thing I’ve seen work the best is Evan’s second bullet - have them talk in a community webinar, a podcast, or something else informal and not “case study”-esque! Example topic: how they built XYZ (thing related to but not specific to your product). From there you often get great metrics and can easily repurpose things into evergreen content.

Small hack I’ve seen on this - instead of calling it and structuring it as a case study, do an interview that’s part of a “how I built this” series - structure of this content is well suited for an end user vs exec decision maker, and you often get around standard case study approval processes.
