Great shares, thank you all!! I like ChatGPT a lot, and our business recently granted us access to M365Copilot GPT-5 which i found very useful when it comes to organizing work files, creating meeting summaries, etc. Our sales team uses gong, and i’ve been trying to explore the opportunities there in terms of analyzing frequent raised customer use cases and pain points to support some advocacy initiatives. Would love to learn more from you @Vera Flores on how you use it to help build customer stories.
