Hi all — hope it’s okay to post this here. I’m fairly new to CMAWeekly and already wishing I’d found this community sooner! I’m a career-long customer marketer, recently ex-SAP, and currently on the job hunt.
I came across a Customer Advocacy role at Gong and it looks like they have a well-established program. If anyone here knows anything about the role, the hiring team, or general insight into how the advocacy org is structured, I’d really appreciate any perspective you’re willing to share. Thank you!
