Happy Friday! Many of you might relate to this topic ... I made a quick 15-min podcast about what it’s really like to inherit a “dead” advocacy program (because let’s face it, we’ve all stumbled into one at some point).
I also attached what I call my CPR Framework... my way of reviving programs that look flatlined and I’ve attached a simple checklist with the episode in case it helps a fellow marketer.

I essentially work on how many passionate handraisers I have the entire year who are keen to be featured in a customer story... What comes out of it is simply measured via impact on industry, segment and goals we define. Like the impact the stories are driving via the content when shared with AMs, CS, sales and across the customer community...
